Please allow up to 4 weeks for your packing video to be uploaded to our social media. Packing videos are uploaded in order of date of purchase. We are a small business and work on videos every day, please know that your video will be uploaded. If it has been over 4 weeks and you do not see your video on our social media, kindly email us and we will check the status of your order. Thank you. 

Whenever we have the inventory for special requests, the option will be available here when purchasing the packing video. Special requests are only available for orders that purchase the packing video add-on. Not all special requests can be accommodated. If we do not have items to fulfill your request, random items will be chosen. Please provide alternative themes and colors to help us make selections suited for you. Item likes/dislikes are always welcome and encouraged. BUT please do not request specific items (i.e. i want at least one Needoh, Smusher, etc.) as this will result in your order being canceled. Mystery Scoops are meant for you to get an assortment of items you will like and enjoy, but it is not intended to be used as a way to get viral or out of stock items.

We will be able to accommodate more themes in the future, after the squishy craze dies down. Stock is limited and we are unable to customize every order as of now.
